Kristen Romano

Kristen is the Marketing and Outreach Coordinator at Montessori Teachers College. She is passionate about storytelling and spreading awareness for important causes whether through film, social media marketing or communications. Art and design are her tools to wield in supporting companies with greater purpose and uplifting small local businesses.

Kristen attended Montessori during preschool and looks back fondly on the holistic education that was provided to her at that time. To this day, she holds on to her Montessori report card as a beloved keepsake and memory. Kristen is passionate about using her creative passions to support those in education who shape the world and next generations to come.

Kristen enjoys spending time with loved ones the most, sharing a meal and catching up about our lives. She considers herself a foodie, always looking to try the next new restaurant as well as hidden, family-owned gems. She enjoys antiquing and thrifting, watching scary movies, looking for or designing my next tattoo and reading. She hopes to travel as much of the world as humanly possible, and is crossing her fingers that the next destinations are Japan and Hawaii.

She is working towards her own personal online presence and business, with hopes of building  an audience, more opportunities and a platform to speak on important issues and give back to communities in need. Her vision for the future of Montessori education is one that is widely known and properly represented around the world, where people see the true value in Montessori practices beyond the buzzword that it has become.

Concerts and music festivals are her happy place.
