The Mildenhall School is part of the Mildenhall Montessori family of schools. We are a CCMA accredited school located in a former TDSB building in Etobicoke. We offer generous salaries with benefits and a supportive working environment.
The Mildenhall School is looking for a Toddler teaching assistant starting in January 2026. This is a permanent, full time position working with children from age 18 to 36 months. This position is a great opportunity for a newly trained Toddler teacher to gain valuable experience in a Montessori classroom, or for a Registered Early Childhood Educator who is interested in developing a deeper understanding of the Montessori methodology.

The ideal candidates have:
- Either RECE certification or AMI or MACTE approved Montessori Toddler training
- Montessori assistants training or willingness to obtain
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative environment
- Respect for children and a friendly demeanour
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR C
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
