Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Montessori Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing environment for young learners along with Montessori Certification and experience.

Duties:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and Montessori lessons for preschool children
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in children
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress
• Monitor and assess student progress
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members

Skills:

• Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
• Working knowledge of Montessori areas
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
• Strong time management skills to plan lessons effectively
• Ability to write reports and communicate effectively with parents
• Familiarity with special education needs is beneficial
• Proficiency in computer use for educational purposes
