Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Wage: $26.00 per hour
Start Date: Mid-August 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a peaceful, orderly, and beautifully prepared Casa environment using traditional Montessori materials.
• Observe, lesson-plan, and deliver individualized Montessori presentations tailored to each child’s developmental stage.
• Foster independence, self-regulation, and grace and courtesy among students.
• Maintain open, professional communication with parents regarding child progress.
• Work closely with classroom assistants to maintain safety, hygiene, and a positive classroom dynamic.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A Casa Montessori Diploma from a recognized training institution (MACTE-accredited, AMI, AMS, or equivalent training/experience).
• An RECE designation is considered an asset but is not required.
• Previous experience leading or assisting in a Montessori Casa classroom is preferred.
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening, up-to-date immunizations/TB test, and Standard First Aid/CPR Level C (mandatory before start date).
