Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Montessori Elementary School Teacher to join our team at KMSchool. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the educational experiences of our students, promoting their intellectual and emotional development in a supportive Montessori setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to Montessori principles.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their growth.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative learning atmosphere.
- Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Encourage independence and self-directed learning among students.
Requirements
- MACTE certified Montessori training in Lower Elementary
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment.
