Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher (Full-Time)

Duties:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured learning
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and development
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Follow all licensing regulations and adhere to health and safety protocols

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
