Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher (Full-Time)
Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured learning
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Follow all licensing regulations and adhere to health and safety protocols
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
