Beach Hill Montessori School is seeking a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our Toddler Program team. We are looking for someone passionate about early childhood education who values child-led learning and enjoys working in a collaborative Montessori environment.

Position Details

• Position: Early Childhood Educator (ECE) – Toddler Classroom
• Location: Beach Hill Montessori School
• Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Support and guide toddlers in a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Implement age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and prepared Montessori classroom
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and health & safety standards
• Collaborate with teaching staff and administration to support the needs of each child

Qualifications

• Valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
• Previous experience working with toddlers preferred
• Montessori experience or training is considered an asset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Caring, patient, reliable, and professional
