·    AMI or MACTE qualifications

·    Post-Secondary Education in a related field – Early Childhood Education

·    Excellent oral and written communication skills

·    Strong organizational skills 

·    Strong classroom management skills 

·    Keen observation skills

·    First Aid and CPR certificate
