The Mildenhall School is part of the Mildenhall Montessori family of schools. We are a CCMA accredited school located in a former TDSB building in Etobicoke offering Montessori programs for children aged 18 months through 14 years old. Mildenhall Montessori Schools is seeking an extraordinary Casa Lead Guide to start January 2025. This is a permanent, full time position working with children from age 3 to 6.
We are seeking an individual who has a Bachelor’s degree as well as Casa certification from a recognized, accredited Montessori training institute (MACTE accreditation preference) in addition to a sound understanding of the Montessori philosophy and methodology.
This position requires strong organizational and team work skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate positively and openly with parents.
The Guide will report directly to the Principal of the School.
