The position requires a dedication and passion for the Montessori philosophy. Candidates must have a Montessori certified diploma to be considered.

Candidates should be enthusiastic, patient and must have excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and parents. A commitment to inspire, motivate and understand the child’s needs is necessary, in the effort to guide and manage the classroom.

We offer a competitive salary, depending on experience and a supportive working environment. The salary on job posting is based over a 10 month period. It is just a range, negotiable depending on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 /10 mont + option for Summer Camp (2 mo)
