Kindervalley Montessori Academy is currently seeking an immediate hire for a Primary (Casa) Montessori Lead Teacher to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. This is a full-time position dedicated to guiding children aged 2.5 to 6 years in a warm, respectful, and inspiring Montessori learning environment.

Key Qualifications:

We are looking for a dedicated professional who meets the following criteria:

• AMI- or MACTE-accredited Montessori Primary (Casa) Diploma (or currently in progress).
• Alberta Early Childhood Educator (ECE) certification (Level 2 or 3 is preferred).
• Demonstrated strong classroom leadership, observation, and communication skills.
• A deep commitment to the Montessori philosophy and child-centred education.
• Proven ability to foster a calm, prepared, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
