Kindervalley Montessori Academy is seeking an immediate hire for a Toddler Montessori Lead Teacher to guide children ages 19 months to 3 years in our nurturing and inspiring environment.

Position Details:

• Role: Toddler Montessori Lead Teacher
• Age Group: 19 months – 3 years
• Start Date: Immediately
• Compensation: Very competitive wage + Alberta government wage top-up eligibility

Qualifications:

• AMI or MACTE-accredited Montessori Toddler Diploma (or in progress).
• Alberta Early Childhood Educator certification (ECE Level 2 or 3 preferred).
• Strong classroom management, communication, and observation skills.
• Passion for Montessori philosophy and child-centered education.
