Melissa was introduced to Montessori Education when she was young, as she had a friend who was enrolled in a Montessori School. Melissa was inspired and intrigued by her friend’s ability to solve problems, complete arithmetic questions, and tackle new challenges. It was through this friend that Melissa discovered her excitement and passion for Montessori Education and went on to becoming a Montessori Teacher for over 15 years.

One of Melissa’s greatest aspirations is for Montessori Education to be accessible to everyone. She believes there are a lot of misconceptions surrounding Montessori, and she is eager to spread the word of this amazing and life changing educational pedagogy.

An adventurer at heart, Melissa loves to travel and snowboard, however, when she is not hitting the slopes or on an airplane, Melissa can be found cooking, baking, or at the lake with her family.
