Kennedy Montessori School – Markham, ON
Kennedy Montessori School is an established, CCMA accredited school with an excellent reputation. We are a small school, with students ranging from toddler to grade 8. We are located in Markham, near the intersection of 14th Avenue and Kennedy Rd.
We are looking for a teacher for our Middle School class. The perfect candidate would come with a strong understanding of the Montessori approach to education.
The candidate we are looking for must:
- have excellent written English
- be reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work well with others
- be comfortable working with computers
- have a post-secondary degree and an interest in education
- be comfortable working with children from grades 1-8
- basic coding/robotics knowledge is an asset
This full time position begins in Sept. 2022. Summer Camp hours may be available.
Additional Requirements:
- A recent Vulnerable Sector Check
- Standard first aid, including Infant & Child CPR – level C
