Fairview Glen Montessori School is located in the south end of Burlington, ON. We have been providing authentic Montessori Education for children 18 months to 12 years for 15 years and are accredited by the CCMA. We have a positive school culture, a strong commitment to excellence and a vibrant faculty.
We are looking for Elementary Educators to join our stellar team of teachers, to accommodate our growing population of students.
The successful candidate will possess a MACTE accredited diploma for the Elementary Program, have a passion for education, and a deep respect and patience for child development. The candidate must be confident with the Montessori curriculum for planning and lesson delivery and possess strong oral and written communication skills. Organization, collaboration, and a dedicated ethic are essential. An affinity for the outdoors is an asset for our ‘Nature’s Edge’ programming.
- Accredited Montessori Elementary training
- Technologically literate
- Police Vulnerable Safety Check
- Valid First Aid/CPR
- Up to date immunizations, including 2 negative TB screening tests.
