“The greatest sign of success for a teacher is to be able to say the children are now working as if I did not exist.” – Dr. Maria Montessori
The Training of Trainers’ Certificate Course is offered to experienced and qualified Montessori Teachers who wish to further enrich their careers by training to become Montessori Teacher Trainers.

The Training of Trainers’ Certificate Course consists of three levels to become fully certified as a Montessori Lecturer.
The Principles of Professional Adult Education: a combination of theoretical and practical experiences in the framework of Dr. Maria Montessori’s philosophy and methodologies in becoming a candidate lecturer for adult learners.
Observational Experiences: the candidate lecturer will learn to observe both through the prism of a lecturer and through the eyes of an adult learner. Opportunities for integrating theoretical concepts with practical work will be scheduled.
Managing and Lecturing: the candidate lecturer will now take responsibility for communicating, setting goals, objectives and learning outcomes for the adult learners. The candidate lecturer will also plan, instruct, assess and evaluate a section of the Montessori curriculum as well as provide feedback to the adult learners in the group. The candidate lecturer will be supported by an experienced Montessori mentor, and will also be evaluated by the adult learners.
