First Aid and CPR Certification with Heart Starters Inc

This is a hybrid online/in-person course. Online components will be provided and are to be completed prior to the February 9th class.

Lecture Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Course Overview

Comprehensive two-day course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

Duration: Standard First Aid & CPR: 13–14 hours teaching time.

Cost: $135

Certification: 3-year certification in Standard First Aid and CPR/AED Level A or C.

Re-certification: Standard First Aid: 7-7.5 hours; includes CPR Level A or C and AED; adheres to local legislation.

Blended Standard First Aid: 8 hours online learning, 7 hours teaching time
